Oriebruggie Accommodation is situated in the little Karoo town of Calvinia which boasts the Akkerendam Nature Reserve with its two hiking trails and its Spring flowers are legendary.
The Property is located the most serene part of the Town where there are only this property and 3 others, however it is situated within walking distance from the centre of the Town. At the rear of the Property are sheep (on Rural Municipal Area) with a view of the picturesque Rebunie Mountain.
It is only one of two accommodation establishments owned by people of the previously disadvantaged persuasion re-iterating that the market is in need of transformation. The Directors, Mr Tyrone Hendricks and Mrs Alfrida Hendricks, purchased the property in 2012 with the view of providing luxury affordable overnight accommodation.
